Data processed and purposes
The name, phone number, email address and message you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp are processed to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and contact you.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of Article 5 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — necessity for establishing or performing a contract and the controller’s legitimate interest — and on your own initiative in sending your request.
Transfers and retention
The contact form opens your details as a ready-made WhatsApp message; you send it yourself from your own WhatsApp, and this website does not store form content on its server. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) terms of service and privacy policy; that service provider is located abroad. Requests sent by email are received at info@yerpa.com.tr. Your data is kept for as long as your request requires and for statutory retention periods, then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Google Maps on the contact page is loaded only when you press “Load map”.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request correction, deletion or object to processing. Send your requests to info@yerpa.com.tr.
